Refund and Cancellation Policies

Refund policy: Gray Lady Self Defense, LLC will gladly refund your registration fee or move your registration to a later class, if you give us written notice by e-mail at [email protected] at least one week in advance of the scheduled course. Cancellations or reschedule requests MUST be in writing. A follow-up phone call to 843-300-1194 is appreciated.

Cancellation by Gray Lady Self Defense LLC: Some courses require a minimum number of participants as noted in the course description. If you register for a course with a minimum and the minimum number of participants have not registered by the end of the day 2 days prior to the course (or a date otherwise stated on the course description), we reserve the right to cancel the course and refund your registration fee. In the event Gray Lady Self Defense LLC needs to reschedule or cancel a course, you will receive both an e-mail and a text notification. If we have rescheduled the course and you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, we will refund your registration fee upon written e-mail request received within 7 days of when the reschedule notice was sent.

PLEASE NOTE: We train in most weather conditions. Just because its’s cold, muddy, rainy, hot, muggy, etc. we do not cancel classes, unless conditions exist that pose a threat to student safety (severe weather, lightning, etc.). In that case, we will work with you to get you into the same class at a future date, reschedule a range session, or upon written request as stated above, you would be entitled to a refund.

We reserve the right to remove any student from the class that is visibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and no refund will be issued.

Gray Lady Self Defense LLC reserves the right to refuse a registration for any class.
